Our “Good” garages will come standard with 12” overhangs, vinyl siding, a shingle roof, 1-10’x7’ uninsulated garage door (2 doors on larger garages), 1-36"x80 man door, and 1-24x36 window. The garage will be built using rafters and 2x4 wall studs. The standard wall height is 8’ but this can be adjusted up to 12’ for an extra cost.
Better
Our “Better” garage will come standard with 12” overhangs, vinyl siding, and a shingle roof but will be constructed with 2x6 lumber studs for extra strength. These garages will come with 1-10’x7’ insulated garage door (2 doors on larger garages), 1-36"x80 man door, and 1-24x36 window. This garage style also includes foil faced roof and side wall OSB for energy efficiency
To prevent ice build-up during winter and allow air flow in the summer, this style also comes with 2-12”x12” gable vents, and ridge venting. Also included is, high performance underlayment to protect your investment better.

If you are choosing “Best”, this means you value longevity and understand that a few extra dollars will make your investment last long into the future. You will be getting a 2x6 constructed building with foil faced OSB and the best roofing protection we offer. We will construct the building with a metal roof and siding and taking extra care to make sure it looks perfect. Your garage will come with the best ridge vent we have to make sure if you want to finish the inside of the garage, climate control is easily achieved. Don’t forget the wainscot to add the extra curb appeal to your new garage. We will also install gutters and downspouts to keep erosion near your garage under control. The garage doors will be installed with openers.
